Rohan Patel has worked as a Sales Representative at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from May 2017 to February 2018. Rohan then joined TheGetch as a Technical Recruiter from April 2018 to January 2022. Following that, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at OKAYA INFOCOM from March 2022 to August 2022. Rohan subsequently joined Artech L.L.C. as a Senior Technical Recruiter from August 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Lead Recruiter at OKAYA INFOCOM starting from January 2023.

Rohan Patel completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Marketing from L.N. Mishra College of Business Management, Muzaffarpur, from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Excel 2010, Diploma in Computer Application from GSDC - Global Skill Development Council in 2016, and a Business English certificate from Cambridge Assessment English in 2015.
