Jim Hathaway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and technology management. As Co-Founder and Partner at Velos Solutions since November 2022, Jim addresses significant gaps in Partner Nation cybersecurity that affect the U.S. Previously, Jim has played key roles at JTEK Data Solutions, LLC as Principal, and at Okapi Venture Capital as a Limited Partner for OV3 and OV4 since December 2018. Jim's earlier tenure at EMC spanned from 2000 to 2014, culminating as Backup & Recovery Systems District Manager for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, along with experience in various technical roles. Jim's career began with positions at Entigo as a Web Developer and at NDC Group as a Consultant. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola University Maryland, earned between 1993 and 1998.
