Luis Jesús Durazo has been working in the technology industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Junior Developer at Information Anywhere & Mobile Solutions, where they developed applications for Windows Mobile using Visual C++, implemented point-of-sale applications for PDAs and kiosks, and integrated mobile solutions with peripherals via Bluetooth, GPRS, sockets, and RFID. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Developer at Sidetec S de RL de CV, where they developed libraries for computer security applications using Microsoft Visual C# and ANSI C, and implemented high-performance solutions with connectivity to hardware security modules. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as a Software Architect and Senior Software Developer at Mimoni, where they were responsible for iterative and incremental implementations using the Scrum framework, managing, planning, coordinating, and monitoring software projects, and developing native Android applications for FINESTRELLA MICEL using Java technology. Since 2018, they have been the Head of Information Technology and a Full Stack Engineer at OJO7 LLC, a leading international fintech group operating in the consumer finance market in Europe, Mexico, and Latin America. Luis Jesús is responsible for the design, transition, operation, delivery, and continuous improvement of services, and they administer and integrates AWS applications and instances.

Luis Jesús Durazo obtained their Ingeniero en sistemas computacionales from Instituto Politécnico Nacional between 2001 and 2006. In 2013, they obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Service Communication Applications, MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Data Access, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, and MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Windows Applications. In 2014, they obtained the MCTS: Silverlight 4, Development certification from Microsoft. In 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is currently pursuing the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. Additionally, they completed their Maestría in Gestión de proyectos de tecnología de la información from Universidad Tecmilenio Campus Ferrería between 2017 and 2020.
