Kjell Forsen is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Oilon since September 2021, Forsen has previously held positions as Board Professional for both VR Group and Oilon Group in May 2019. As CEO and President of Vaisala Oyj from August 2006 to May 2019, Forsen led strategic initiatives and operational management. Prior to this, Forsen was President of Oy LM Ericsson Ab from 1986 to 2006, overseeing the Finnish organization and product sales across the Nordic and Baltic regions, with earlier roles including System Engineer and various sales positions in Eastern and Central Europe. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate of Technology in Materials Science from Helsinki University of Technology and a degree in Physical Metallurgy from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
