Ron Scalf, CPIM, CSCP, CPF, currently serves as the Production Planning Manager at Oil-Dri Corporation of America since February 2021. Previously, Ron held the position of Material Planning Manager at CONMED Corporation from September 2015 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing planning, purchasing, and inventory control for machining operations. Prior experience includes roles as Inventory Control Supervisor and Production Planner at Bal Seal Engineering, Inc., focusing on inventory accuracy and scheduling for high-volume production, as well as serving as Production Manager and Purchasing Manager at Majestic Kitchen & Bath from May 2002 to May 2010, overseeing material procurement and production control. Ron holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Finance from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
