Rossella Troncone is an experienced project manager currently working at OIC Group since August 2022. Previously, Rossella spent over a decade at Carlson Wagonlit from June 2010 to August 2022, serving as the sole event manager responsible for planning events for the United Nations in Italy and abroad, which included client needs analysis, supplier selection, and management. Rossella's early career includes a receptionist position at Serius Hotel Napoli in 2008, where responsibilities included handling reservations and guest assistance. Rossella holds a degree in Tourism Management from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and completed a Master’s in Human Resources from Euspert - Bianco Lavoro Academy in 2021.
