Andre Morais Farias serves as the Planning and Management Manager at Oi since October 2002, focusing on digitization and automation within Regulation, Institutional, and Press areas, while also preparing presentations for decision-making by the Board. Previously, Andre held various roles at Oi, including Specialist in Planning and Institutional Control and Marketing - Channel Structuring Analyst II. Andre has been a Coach in Life and Business Development at Academia Internacional de Coaching Integrativo Sistêmico since July 2017 and worked as a Freelancer Photographer from 2002 to 2010. Prior experience includes marketing communications analysis and call center operations at NET Rio S/A. Andre holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including in Positive Psychology, Illustration and Design, and Business Management, as well as a bachelor's degree in Public Relations.
