Heidi Tong currently serves as the Group Head of People at both Renovata & Company and Zeren, organizations focused on executive search and high-performance team building, respectively. With a robust background in human resources, Tong was previously the People Director at EcoWorld London and the HR Director at Battersea Power Station Development Company. Prior roles also include Associate Director of Human Resources at Lodha Group, Head of HR at Venn Group, and an HR Specialist at Accenture, alongside early experience as an HR Administrator at Ernst & Young. Educational qualifications include a CIPD in HR, a 2(1) degree in Psychology from Royal Holloway, and a Master's in Psychology with Distinction from Goldsmiths.
