Scott Emmons is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation and infrastructure project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at OHM Advisors since March 2013, Scott collaborates with clients to identify effective solutions and manages design teams while assisting with strategic planning and business development. Previously, Scott held senior project management roles at Wilcox Professional Services, where Scott focused on roadway projects in southeast Michigan, and at The Mannik & Smith Group, where responsibilities included roadway plan presentation for MDOT. Early career roles encompassed project engineering and coordination at Tetra Tech and the City of Port Huron, where Scott was involved in overseeing various infrastructure projects. Scott holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
