Zachary Bell, PMP, currently serves as a Project Engineer at OHLA USA since June 2023, following a role as Senior Engineer at AKRF from January to June 2023, where involvement included the East Side Coastal Resiliency Project aimed at reducing flood risks in Manhattan. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at AECOM from July 2018 to January 2023 as a Civil Engineer, contributing to major projects such as East Side Access, 8th Avenue corridor CBTC, and the World Trade Center Station reconstruction. Earlier in their career, Zachary worked as a Staff Engineer at Redniss & Mead from May 2016 to March 2018, focusing on various civil engineering projects, and as an Engineering Intern at the University of South Carolina from June 2014 to April 2016, managing the GIS system and assisting in training new interns. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina, earned in May 2016.
