Raven-Lynn Lipford is a Research Analyst and Research Assistant at OhioGuidestone, where the focus is on Early Childhood Safety and Black Maternal Vitality, since August 2022. Previously, Raven-Lynn served as a Multimedia Intern at Oatey Company from June 2022 to August 2022, gaining experience in graphic design, podcasting, video editing, photography, and social media management. Notably, this role led to the opportunity to speak at the Campus Cleveland Employment Breakfast in 2023. Raven-Lynn is currently pursuing a degree in English Literature and Bioethics & Medical Humanities at Case Western Reserve University, with a projected graduation in January 2024. Raven-Lynn completed secondary education at Hathaway Brown School from 2011 to 2019.
