Adam Smith, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President for Enrollment at Ohio Wesleyan University, a role assumed in July 2023. Prior to this position, Adam held the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management at Elizabethtown College from September 2019 to July 2023, achieving notable success in predictive modeling that consistently surpassed recruitment goals. Adam's earlier experience includes significant roles at Husson University, where leadership as Director of Undergraduate Admissions resulted in the four largest incoming classes in the institution's history.
