Chelsea Buckwalter currently serves as the Director of Research and Analytics at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, a position held since May 2019, with previous experience as a Research Analyst. Prior to this, Chelsea volunteered in disaster services with the American Red Cross of Central Ohio and worked as a Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellow at the U.S. Department of Education. Chelsea's academic background includes a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh, where advocacy for student needs was demonstrated as a representative on the GSPIA Student Cabinet. Early professional experience includes roles in community assistance, international program management, and English language instruction in China, alongside serving as a student trustee during undergraduate studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
