Kara Bernsen is the Chair Elect at Ohio Council for Home Care & Hospice since January 2024. With a background as Chief of Network Services/Owner at Capital Health Care Network since 2004, and experience in various roles in the healthcare industry, Kara has a strong foundation in network services and rehabilitation services. Graduating from Saint Louis University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Kara has worked in a variety of settings and populations including adults, geriatrics, and school-age children.
