Jessica Chester has extensive experience in various roles within organizations, notably serving as the Classification and Arbitration Coordinator and Data Coordinator at OCSEA since October 2005. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules for the Arbitration Committee and assisting with arbitration preparations, while earlier roles included providing administrative support and customer service. Prior to OCSEA, Jessica managed store operations at Claire's Accessories, where responsibilities encompassed sales management, staff training, and coordination with regional management. Jessica’s educational background includes studies at Columbus State Community College.
