Pleurat Dreshaj is a seasoned professional in real estate development and finance, currently serving as a Development Officer and previously as an Underwriting Analyst at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing since November 2020. Prior experience includes various roles at Cleveland Housing Network from May 2013 to November 2020, where responsibilities ranged from Assistant Director to Project Manager in Real Estate Development. Before this, Pleurat Dreshaj worked as a Supervisor for the CYC Project at Cleveland Housing Network and gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at Cuyahoga County Public Defender from November 2008 to January 2010.
