Ella Kremer is a Senior Performance Analyst at the Auditor of State - Ohio since August 2021, with prior experience as a Management and Program Analyst at the US Government Accountability Office. Ella has a background in data analysis, having supported ministry operations at Crossroads Church by developing Power BI dashboards and conducting quantitative analyses. Ella's early career includes roles as a Data Analyst and Market Research Intern at Crossroads Church, as well as marketing communications and promotional internships at JDRF International and NKU Athletics Marketing. Ella holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northern Kentucky University.
