Samuel Senese is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and mechanism design, particularly in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Head of Systems Engineering Instrument and Head of Mechanisms at OHB System AG, Samuel oversees the scanning mechanism of Meteosat Third Generation instruments. Previously, as an Engineer at Kayser Threde, Samuel managed the development of mechanisms for the EnMAP hyperspectral satellite mission. Notable past roles include Project Engineer for the ExoMars Drill Tool at Selex Galileo, where responsibility encompassed design, testing, and customer interfacing, as well as various project management positions encompassing hardware design and procurement activities.
