Rafael Plonka has a robust background in electrical engineering, holding both a Diplom-Ingenieur and a Dr.-Ing. from RWTH Aachen University, obtained in 2001 and 2008, respectively. Rafael Plonka began a career in the engineering field as Entwicklungsingenieur at ZARM Technik AG from May 2007 to March 2010. Subsequently, Rafael Plonka joined OHB System in April 2010, where the current role is Teamleiter.
