Thilani Sumanasekara currently serves as the Head of Finance at Ogilvy, a position held since April 2013. Prior to this role, Thilani held various finance positions including Finance Manager at Durdans Hospital from November 2007 to March 2013, and at Atlas Axillia from July 2004 to October 2007. Earlier experience includes the role of Finance Manager at Citihealth for a brief period in 2004, and as an Accountant at Commercial Sector Insurance Brokers, LLC from November 2001 to March 2004. Thilani began a career in finance at Baker Tilly Edirisinghe & Co., where progression occurred from Audit Junior to Audit Manager between August 1997 and October 2001. Educational qualifications include certifications from ICASL, CIMA, and an MBA from PIM.
