Sonal Patel currently serves as the Head of Reward and Mobility for EMEA and UK at Ogilvy, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sonal was the Group Head of Reward at all3media from May 2019 to August 2024 and held the Head of Reward position at Channel 4 from July 2016 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as the Global Head of Reward at dunnhumby, Group Reward Manager, and Governance Manager at Tesco, and Manager in Human Resource Services at PwC. Career began as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Harwood Hutton. Sonal Patel holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham.
