Sheilen Rathod serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Ogilvy, Asia Pacific, beginning in March 2019, while also holding the position of President for Ogilvy Experience in the region. Previously, Sheilen was President of Customer Engagement, Commerce & MarTech at Ogilvy, China, and has held various roles within Ogilvy since 2012, including VP of OgilvyRED and General Manager of OgilvyOne Hong Kong, where notable achievements included leading the agency to be recognized as the most remarkable OgilvyOne office in APAC. Before joining Ogilvy, Sheilen was Managing Director at Eight Partnership and Reluctant Hero Ltd, and held significant roles at kirshenbaum bond + partners and RDA International, contributing to business growth and managing key client accounts. Sheilen's educational background includes a degree in Geography from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
