Pearl Brady is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator at Ogletree Deakins since May 2023. In this role, Pearl oversees a comprehensive range of DEI programs, manages affinity group communications and logistics, and coordinates various initiatives and awards. Prior experience includes positions at Shearman & Sterling LLP as a Coordinator for Diversity & Inclusion, where Pearl managed diversity programming and collaborated on CLE programming, as well as serving as an Employment Contracts Administrator at SAG-AFTRA, where Pearl dealt with collective bargaining agreements and dispute resolution. Pearl’s background also features a consultancy role at Dartmouth College, focusing on patient-provider communication in research, and a managerial position at Actors' Equity Association, where Pearl led diversity initiatives. Pearl holds a BFA in Dramatic Writing from New York University, an MA in Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Galway, and an AAB in Human Resources Management from Eastern Gateway Community College.
