Thays Hayashida currently serves as a Senior FP&A Analyst at Ogilvy Brasil since August 2023, overseeing P&L management, cost alignment, and expense tracking, while also preparing managerial reports and conducting audits. Prior to this role, Thays worked at BCW Brasil from June 2012 to February 2024, progressing from an intern to a senior financial analyst, focusing on project profitability, client management, and financial reporting. Thays began a finance career as an Auxiliary Finance at Callao Representações from January 2011 to May 2012, handling payment collections and client invoicing. Thays holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, completed in 2016.
