Muzikayise Mthethwa has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Muzikayise started their career as a Graphic Designer at David Krut Arts Resource in 2014. Muzikayise then worked as a Junior Graphic Designer at INJOZI in 2015, followed by a role as a Digital Art Director at Designers Visual Communication from 2015 to 2016. Mthethwa then joined Black Dot Media as an Art Director in 2016 and stayed with the company until 2021. Muzikayise then worked as a Creative Director at Kino Concepts Zambia from 2021 to 2022. In the same year, they also took on the role of Creative Director at Kingspirit Imageroom Creative Media House, where they focused on creating strategies and developing brand perception for clients. Mthethwa was later appointed as a Project Director at Six Insight in 2021 and is currently working as a Creative Director at Ogilvy Africa starting in September 2022.

Muzikayise Mthethwa obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from GDC - Johannesburg, RSA designcenter.co.za during the period of 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, Mthethwa attended Eaglesvale High School, but no degree or field of study information was provided for that period.
