Lotan Mager is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in family consultancy and education management. Currently serving as a Family Economic Consultant at Ogen since March 2023 and as the Director of the Young People's Center at the City of Yehud since June 2021, Lotan also has a significant background as a Family Consultant at Madbarm Mishpacha since September 2017, focusing on enhancing personal and interpersonal relationships among young couples through structured programs. Previously, Lotan held the position of National Program Coordinator at Aluma from 2019 to 2021, where efforts were made to improve accessibility to higher education at the municipal level. Earlier experience includes leading a family support team at Paamonim from 2017 to 2018, specializing in providing assistance to families in medium-low socio-economic conditions. Lotan holds a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts.
