Taylor Elwell is a seasoned IT project manager with extensive experience in managing projects related to Power Grid operations at OGE Energy Corp. since October 2022. Taylor previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies for complex projects supporting the Oklahoma State Department of Education. Prior to that role, Taylor served as a Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager at AT&T, effectively coordinating cross-organizational activities and excelling in reporting and problem-solving. Taylor's career began as a Quality Assurance and Validation Specialist at Allergy Laboratories, Inc., focusing on compliance with GMP and FDA standards. Taylor holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oklahoma.
