Nicola Internullo currently serves as the VP of Human Resources Americas at Burberry, overseeing HR operations for approximately 90 stores and 2,000 employees across the USA, Canada, and Latin America. Previously, Nicola held the position of Chief People Officer at O'Gara Coach and served as Vice President of Human Resources Americas at LVMH, where significant accomplishments included managing regional people turnaround, launching talent management frameworks, and implementing CSR and DEI strategies. Additional experience includes roles at Prada Group, INFINITY, L'Oréal, and a research position at the University of Padova. Nicola holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Knowledge Management, a PhD in Social Psychology, and a Doctor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
