Josh Goines currently serves as President of North America at OFX, a role commenced in February 2024. Previously, Goines held the position of Executive in Residence at Costanoa Ventures from August 2023 to February 2024. Goines has extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development, notably as SVP at BILL, where revenue increased tenfold during tenure from April 2019 to June 2023. Goines has also contributed to PayPal over multiple roles, including Sr. Director of Global Payment Partnerships, focusing on consumer experiences and partnerships with major financial institutions. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Green Dot Corporation, Tempo Payments, Inc., and board membership at the Electronic Transactions Association. Goines holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Claremont McKenna College.
