Lisa Peltier is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources/Compensation & Benefits at OFS, Lisa is responsible for HR leadership within a leading innovator and manufacturer in the communication networks sector. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at OmniMax International, where strategic HR direction was provided for operations affecting 1,200 associates. Lisa co-founded Lidi Enterprises, an omnichannel fashion boutique, and has also held significant HR roles at The Home Depot, G&K Services, FedEx Kinko's, and Borders Group, building a robust expertise in human resources strategy, operations, compliance, and employee relations. Lisa earned a BA in Organizational Design/Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan.
