Paz Elias is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and hydraulic consultancy. Currently serving as Ingeniero de Caminos at OFITECO since August 2020, Paz previously held the position of Director Técnico and Ingeniero Jefe de Proyectos at ABAKAL INGENIEROS CONSULTORES between October 2014 and August 2020. From May 2007 to August 2020, Paz directed ELICE Ingenieros S.L., managing consultancy projects. A senior engineer and project leader at PAYMACOTAS and ATE, Paz developed and supported civil works projects from May 2001 to April 2007. Early career involvement included project development at Ofiteco from July 1997 to December 2000, focusing on dam projects and technical proposals. Academic qualifications include a Master Universitario in Civil Engineering Systems from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (2012-2013) and an Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos degree from the same institution (1989-1996).
