Jorge Sanchez Cea (MSc, PMP) is an experienced professional in water engineering and hydraulic infrastructure management, currently serving as the Gerente de Infraestructuras Hidráulicas, Recursos Hídricos e Instrumentación y Sistemas at OFITECO since July 2011. With a track record of overseeing operations at both national and international levels, Jorge manages a team of over 80 professionals and has been instrumental in establishing a branch in Iraq and executing projects there. Previous roles include directorships in various engineering firms, focusing on water resources and environmental engineering, complemented by a strong educational background including a Master's in Public Infrastructure Management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
