Jason Neas, MBA, is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in demand and supply planning across multiple industries. Currently serving as Planning Director - Spices at ofi since July 2022, Jason leads S&OP development and oversees production and deployment planning for dehydrated and private label spices. Prior to this role, Jason held several positions at Ruiz Foods, including Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning, where responsibilities encompassed multi-plant production and strategic capacity evaluation. Jason's extensive career also includes significant roles at Nestlé Waters North America, where leadership in supply chain network strategy and cost-saving initiatives was pivotal, as well as previous operational management positions at Logistics Insight Corporation and Ryder Integrated Logistics. Jason possesses Six Sigma training and holds an MBA in Management from DeSales University.
