Stuart Okin is a seasoned Cyber and Digital leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity regulation and consultancy. Currently serving as the Director of Cyber and AI Regulation at Ofgem since February 2019, Stuart has successfully established the Cyber Regulatory function and implemented compliance frameworks for the downstream gas and electricity sectors. Previously held roles include Deputy Director positions at Ofgem focusing on Cyber Regulation and Digital Services, as well as Cyber Regulation and Security, Privacy & Resilience. Prior to Ofgem, Stuart was the Senior Vice President of Product and Consultancy at 1E and served as Director of US & EMEA at CIPHER, where engagement with enterprise clients and the UK Government was key. Earlier career highlights include managing director roles at Comsec and significant positions at Accenture, Microsoft, and EDS.
