Phil Penman is a professional with a diverse background in security and IT roles in various industries. Currently, Phil holds the position of Senior Security Inspector - Cyber Regulation at Ofgem. Prior to this role, Phil worked at NHS Forth Valley as a Cyber and Information Security Manager. With previous experience at West Lothian Council and EDP Consulting Engineers Ltd, Phil has a strong foundation in network management and electrical engineering. Phil obtained a HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Edinburgh College.
