Robert Cary

Assistant Attorney General at Office of the Minnesota Attorney General

Robert Cary has extensive legal experience, currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General since August 2015 and as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter M. Reyes at the Minnesota Court of Appeals since August 2014. Previous roles include a Law Clerk at Nolan, Thompson & Leighton, and various clerkships and externships at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Public Defender’s Office, and the St. Paul City Attorney's Office. Robert's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and multiple degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, encompassing Legal Studies, Philosophy, and Environmental Studies.
