India Starks currently serves as the Executive Officer at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, managing schedules and communications for the IC CIO and overseeing strategic initiatives. With extensive experience spanning various government agencies, including roles as a Writer/Editor at the FBI and Government Ethics Specialist at the Department of Defense, India has demonstrated expertise in project management, legal analysis, and compliance oversight. As a volunteer Editor with Aneko Press, India proofreads and modernizes manuscripts, showcasing strong editing skills. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Law degree from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Clark Atlanta University.
