Lochlin Rosen serves as a Deputy State Public Defender at the Colorado State Public Defender since October 2017. Prior experience includes positions as a Law Clerk in the Trial Division at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, a Legal Intern at Texas Defender Service, and a Legal Intern at the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Additionally, Lochlin Rosen worked as a Staff Investigator at The Southern Center for Human Rights and served as a Team Lead at the Elon University Campus Technology Helpdesk. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Elon University.
