Anna Lydia Salinas, CPA, serves as a Senior Staff Auditor and Supervisory Auditor at the Office of Natural Resources Revenue since August 2009, leading audits of mineral royalties from federal properties and reviewing various energy products. Previously, Anna served as an Auditor, ensuring accurate royalty payments to the federal government for oil and gas extracted from federal properties. Additional experience includes serving as Treasurer for NSHMBA from 2012 to 2013 and interning in Planning at BP Alternative Energy in 2008, where financial models for wind projects in the Midwest were evaluated. Anna holds an M.B.A. in Energy, Finance, and Real Estate from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and two degrees from the University of St. Thomas, including a Master's in Accounting and a BBA in Accounting.
