Shannon D. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at OfferUp since April 2022 and as a Charter Member of TechGC since January 2022. Previously, Shannon held the position of General Counsel at Chihuly Studio from April 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing legal matters, negotiating contracts, and overseeing intellectual property. Earlier roles include Associate General Counsel at Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP, Partner focusing on corporate governance and business law, and Attorney at Graham & Dunn PC with a practice centered on franchise, corporate, and trademark law. Shannon has also practiced as an Associate at Goldman Sachs, K&L Gates, and as a Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Shannon obtained a JD, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in English from Pacific Lutheran University.
