Arvind Menon has worked in a variety of roles in the software engineering and technology industry since 2001. In 2001, they were the Control System Team Lead at Artec Sriman Controls Limited. From 2002 to 2014, they were a Research Fellow and Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where they developed a smartphone-based Teen Driver Support System, an ARM-based data acquisition system, and a Cooperative Intersection Collision Avoidance System. In 2012, they were Co-Founder of Clowd Lab LLC, where they designed and developed an Android-app based data acquisition system and the EZ Thanks Android app. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Mobile Software Engineer at SportsEngine, where they were the lead Android developer on the flagship team management app and responsible for the mobile team's build automation and continuous deployment tools. From 2016 to 2019, they were Co-Founder of OfferingTree SBC, which simplifies website management, scheduling, and payment processing for wellness professionals. Since 2019, they have been a Full Stack Engineer at Physera and a Software Engineering Manager and Mobile Engineering Tech Lead at Omada Health.

Arvind Menon obtained a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras between 1998 and 2002. Arvind then went on to pursue an M.S in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota between 2002 and 2005.
