M. Gui Goodreau is a seasoned professional in capital markets with extensive experience in financing for multifamily, senior housing, and student housing projects, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Offerd since 2024. Previously, M. Gui Goodreau held significant roles including Vice President at SouthState Bank, where $300 million in middle market loan participations were syndicated; Director at Thorofare Capital, overseeing capital market activities for a $300 million CRE fund; and Chief Underwriter at Regions Bank, successfully structuring over $150 million in transactions. M. Gui Goodreau also served as Principal at Madison Realty Partners and held various positions at GE Capital Real Estate, Dulwich College International, UBS Investment Bank, and Related Companies, with a strong educational background that includes an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of Maryland.
