Katarina Hopkins has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Katarina is currently the Head of Operations at Offbeat Donuts, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, from September 2020 to May 2022, they worked as the Operations Manager ROI & NI at Camile Thai Kitchen.

Before their role at Camile Thai Kitchen, Katarina served as the Restaurant Area Manager ROI & NI at TGI Fridays from May 2018 to July 2020. Katarina also worked at TGI Fridays as a General Manager from 2014 to 2018.

Katarina's career began at HARD ROCK CAFE, where they held various roles. From 2012 to 2014, they were the General Manager. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they served as the Sales and Marketing Manager. Katarina started their journey at HARD ROCK CAFE as a Retail Manager in 2007.

Katarina Hopkins earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from City University of Seattle in 2006.
