Karen Killpack has a diverse work experience in various positions related to business development and corporate relations. Karen started their career at the National Sheriffs' Association in 2008, where they worked as the Director of Corporate Relations, Sales & Exhibits. In this role, they focused on building and maintaining relationships with companies offering products and services to sheriff offices, jails, and court security. Karen then joined Essor Solutions, LLC in 2015 as the Executive Director, where they developed business development and sales programs for private and non-profit organizations, with a specific focus on law enforcement manufacturing companies. In 2019, Karen joined the FBI National Academy Associates Charitable Foundation as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships, where they were responsible for managing strategic partnerships. Finally, they have recently taken on the position of Business Development Manager at Off Duty Management, where they oversee the administrative functions associated with off-duty assignments for agencies. Overall, Karen has gained expertise in business development, sales, and corporate relations across various industries.

Karen Killpack has obtained a Certificate in Exhibit Management (CEM) from IAEE. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology and Corrections from the University of Utah.
