Jean-Christophe Fonfreyde is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Reward at Ofcom since January 2024. In addition to this role, Jean-Christophe is a member and ambassador in London for La Corrèze en partage, and a member of the People & Remuneration Committee at The Law Society, both of which started in December 2023. Jean-Christophe has been a mentor with The NEF+ Programme - Centre for Entrepreneurs since September 2014, focusing on developing the next generation of entrepreneurs. Previously, Jean-Christophe held the position of Associate Director - Reward & Wellbeing at Wellcome Trust from February 2016 to November 2023, leading modernization initiatives in the Reward function and promoting wellbeing strategies. Additional experience includes partnerships and management roles at Telos Partners, Papillon Consulting Ltd, Hewitt Associates, Skillvest, and Allied Domecq PLC. Jean-Christophe holds degrees in European Business Administration from NEOMA Business School and Middlesex University.
