Duncan Gray is a Principal Economist at Ofcom, where the focus is on financial and economic modelling and quality assurance since January 2013. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Economic Advisor and Economic Advisor at the Financial Conduct Authority from January to December 2019, and a Secondee Senior Associate in the Strategy team at Oliver and Ohlbaum Associates from March 2011 to December 2012. Duncan also held an Associate position with Piper Jaffray Ltd in July 2009, following an internship in the corporate broking department of an investment bank. Academically, Duncan holds a BSc in Economics & Philosophy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed between 2007 and 2010.
