Catherine Walters is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate in the Chairman and Chief Executive’s Office at Ofcom since March 2024. Prior to this role, Catherine worked at Parent Zone as a Policy and Public Affairs Manager and Officer from October 2021 to March 2024. Catherine also contributed to the Nightline Association as a Policy Advisor, where policy development supported a national mental health charity accessible to over 30 universities. Additional experience includes an internship at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs focusing on international trade and environmental impact, various ambassador roles at The University of Manchester, and involvement in social initiatives such as The Climate Venture Collective and UNICEF on Campus. Catherine holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from The University of Manchester, completed in 2020.
