Naveen N. has over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product management across various regions, currently serving as the Head of Sales and Commercial Operations Americas at Oetiker Group since November 2012. In this role, Naveen N. focuses on leveraging technology and implementing processes to enhance sales productivity and marketing effectiveness. Previously, Naveen N. held several positions including Global Manager of Strategic CRM & Marketing and Marketing and Product Manager for India and ASEAN countries, where responsibilities included managing marketing activities, product strategy, and customer engagement. Prior experience includes roles at Itron, Norgren, Walter Tools India, and Kirloskar Oil Engines, contributing to expertise in marketing communications, product lifecycle management, and business development. Naveen N. holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
