Walter Panduro has extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as Gerente de Ventas y Operaciones at Tiendas Peruanas S.A. Oechsle since January 2015. Prior roles include Gerente de Operaciones at Saga Falabella, where responsibilities included budget preparation and operational management for department stores, as well as Product Manager de Operaciones, focusing on supply chain process improvements and supplier negotiations. Additionally, Walter held the position of Jefe de la Unidad de Control del Gasto at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, overseeing expense control initiatives. Walter Panduro holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Lima, a diploma in Supply Chain Management from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and a diploma in Finance and Investment from Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft Berlin.
