Alberto Hoffmann is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as an Aprendizaje at Oechsle since July 2022. Prior to this role, Alberto worked at Banco Pichincha Perú for nearly a decade in various positions, including Senior Training Analyst, where responsibilities included designing and implementing training programs tailored to organizational strategies, and advising on HR matters as People Management Analyst. Further experience includes roles focused on recruitment and selection, as well as organizational induction processes. Alberto has pursued an array of educational qualifications, currently studying Instructional Design at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and specializing in Human Resources and Performance Assessment, with a foundational degree in Psychology from Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega.
